This Weeks Round-Up

Crown Affair Brush
My grandma was the one who told me about Maison Pearson brushes back in the day. You should have seen the drawer she had of them. All shapes and sizes, and had beautiful hair to the end as a true testament.
I got mine years ago and loved her so. I lost her last year and finally went back to buy a new one and realized that some are now $350-$750! Woah, inflation. I swear it was $100 back in the day.
I gave the crown affair brush a try and just wanted to share I am impressed. The little tiny one is AMAZING for slick backs and fluff for dry hair. I keep the small in my bad and the big in my bathroom.
Twin Flames
Recently just purchased two Helix Mattresses because number one I heard great things, number two the prices were great. *use code cydney27 for 27% off
I have this unnecessary urge to constantly keep redecorating my house, moving furniture around, changing out prints. It makes me feel good.
One of my children is too scared to be in a room alone and the other loves their own bed. I have the fondest memories of sharing a room with my sister growing up so I think getting them to share would be a good idea.
Of course I got into a deep Pinterest state of two-bed rooms and ok my mind is running with cute ideas. This gingham bedding is so cute or this scallop duvet color would be nice turned over.

Wuthering Heights
Ok I saw it….You saw it, how could you not. It really fucked me up. Maybe it was the cheap red wine I had during the film, but I couldn’t get out of bed the next day. I was so, so sad about the ending and I got into a deep scroll about the book and story line. What did she whisper to Nelly at the end? Did Heathcliff ever find out how much she really loved him?
Distraught. Still distraught. I want to go see it again but I don’t think my heart can bare it.
I loved the outfits so much, the film gave me Game of Thrones with a little bit of Baz Luhrmann inspired feel to it. A little secret garden 90s feel too. I personally always feel like a bit of an old soul, born in the wrong era but I am glad its not the 18th century cause damn, it looked cold.
I wanted a little bit more love shown the childhood years to build up that connection with them and I wanted maybe a few more characters- it was basically 6 cast members the entire time but all in all I really, really loved it. I just get a little too emotionally involved in film and need to calm down.
March Loves- Starts Early!
As you know, I do monthly shops and I am always trying to think of how to organize them a bit better. I decided to make them public all month since I spend the entire month adding new things that cross my path.
March has started strong, the colors are vibrant. A lot of home wears as I’m in decorating and party planning mode right now. Check out the start to March, HERE.
I have to have this skirt, peplum pants, new citrine bag, ruffle dress, bow hat, scallop bowl ( how good with grapes), large suede chai bag, silk long shorts, silver vases and Mane came out with a tiny roller for bangs!! Yes!
Don’t get me started how much I love round art frames with oil paintings- good ones are hard to find. This eyelet boat bag- COME ON ($32)! Love this hat so much, silver champagne bucket (geese, i feel like a glass now) . This SPF primer is actually skin GOLD. Chan Luu’s new collection never ceases to amaze me- earrings and my favorite sequin cover-up now in all black. This new perfect color parka.
