Two shows I am kind of switching between right now. The Girlfriend on Prime. This is so juicy and so good. I have always been a big fan of Robin Wright, especially since the movie Adore. Crazy girl falls in love with a boy who has a wealthy mother who is a little too close to her son. Sort of reminds me of the show “Beef”. It’s great! Also really makes you want to go to Europe.
Also started watching Black Rabbit on Netflix. I really love Jason Bateman and always miss seeing more of Jude from Alfie. Such a great movie. This is a good one to watch with the boys. It’s a little scandal, robberies, gangsters but also a good, on the edge of your seat watch.
Maybe back in the first seasons I watched that Bachelor but not since then. For some reason I enjoy watching the Golden Bachelor much more. I love hearing the stories of these beautiful women at their chance for love again. I get so excited for them! Anyone else? Or just me?

This outdoor table and matching chair with the yellow cushion is my Slim Arrons outdoor dream. The more I do houses, the more I get over teak sometimes. The sanding and refinishing is annoying. I am really into the outdoor metals.
I’m absolutely obsessed with this 1968 blue table set for a kids playroom. It’s such a conversational piece I love it. This Japanese 70’s clock is so great as well for a kids room- keep it analog.
This Murano Glass chandelier for over a dining table or a even better, a bath. I love this fish rug for a boys room. This 1940’s glass light that is perfect for an office or even a girls room, bathroom, kitchen for an accident lamp. It’s just so perfect.
I love the color of this dark round table for an entryway or an odd small wall you don’t know what to do with. Fill it with books and vases on it. This antique plate is a great price and you have to have blue and white somewhere in a house.
This botanical art print is great for a bathroom (paint your walls a faded green) and I think this ring is just fabulous! Dark and moody and it feels rich.
And lastly this green raffia table set. If I had an office or a simple house I would do this as a dining set for a pop of color.
Oh and I have this Lumina light my a lounge chair and they are the best- I would snag one while on sale if you have ever been debating this light.
Books
Sometimes I go through phases of loving Pod casts, sometimes I love a good audio book. Driving to work, sitting in the carpool lane for school or cleaning the house. Yet reading a physical copy when I am on a holiday feels so good to hold.
I just finished The Couple Next Door. I give it a 7/10. Twists and turns a child abduction and a little bit of “who done it”. Shocker of an ending.
I am now diving into These Summer Storms by Sarah Maclean and then The Apple Tree. I saw someone recommend both and gave 9/10 so I ordered them and well see how we go.

This Malibu packet is what I use in between hair color appointments. It really strips out the gunk and brightens your highlights and from hard water. I always have these in my bathroom.
Bedding
I love a big white fluffy bed. The fluffier the better. I love the look of a linen closet all stacked nicely with linens on linens neatly tucked away.
I went to my friends house for a shoot the other month and she had a blue gingham bedding (below). It made me feel all sorts of feelings on my journey to add more color to my home. So I got the brand and ordered a blue stripe duvet for my bed. Something about it makes me feel at home and its such a nice break from white. I’m sure ill change it the next season but these pops of blue in my room are making me feel so happy.
I love this one by Piglet in Bed gingham one as well as this stripe, I love these stripes by Tekla . They also have some really nice ones here
I also saw this limited edition set with the red piping. How amazing would that be if you had kids or a room with two beds and you did the room with a pop or red. I love it so much I think I’m going to order for my sons room and mix with blues.
